The Museum was extended in in 2013 to show case their exntensive collections of fine art and exhibition galleries.
A new gallery space was built for the international renowned Arts & Crafts Collection, The Paper Store and an open archive of local heros including Edward Wilson.
The Museum & Gallery regularly offer various art exhibitions including Hidden Agenda from the Crafts Council and Crafting Change from the museums own collection.

There are various regular events held at the Museum including: Monthly Senior Events: Drop-in Painting Club, Arts and Crafts Movement Tour, Guided Tour of The Wilson, Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen Monthly Craft Workshops and many more.
